Dusty Bates observes some smuggled jewels hidden in a crate aboard a ship; he is pursued by low-lives when the crate is put ashore.

A career retrospective celebrating the timeless music of one of the world's greatest singer–Dusty Springfield. For the first time, Dusty contributes to her own intriguing story with plenty of outrageous assistance from hosts Jennifer Sanders and Dawn French.

The eponymous Dusty is an appropriately named dingo, or wild dog. Roaming the fertile fields of Australia, Dusty is captured as a puppy. Though dingoes are normally averse to human companionship, Dusty attaches himself to an old, worn-out shepherd, played by Bill Kerr. The dog gives Kerr a reason for living, and vice versa. Be sure to have plenty of Kleenex handy for some of the mistier passages of Dusty.

After the death of his best friend, we follow Dustin on a grief-induced bender for one. Going to great fucked-up lengths to keep the memory of his best friend Ashleigh alive. How? By accidentally mixing her ashes into his buzz of course.
